I’ve loved dogs since I was a kid and would love to care for your dog. I have a 4 year old yellow lab and an 11 year old chihuahua that both love having other dogs over to play. Our lab REALLY loves to play with dogs of all ages and sizes, but she also knows how to leave the smaller or older pups alone if they aren’t interested in playing with her. We have a big fenced in backyard with a deck where the pups love to suntan on sunny afternoons, lots of grass to run around in and plenty of trees for watching birds and squirrels. When not playing in the backyard I love taking our dogs on hikes near our house (Josie’s ridge) or along the river if our lab and your pup are looking for a swim. Working from home gives me the opportunity to keep an eye on our dogs all day long, with however many potty breaks are needed, plenty of playtime during the day and midday walks. During the summer and fall we leave the back sliding door open so the dogs can roam freely between the inside and outside.
