Pet care experience
I am a young professional with 14+ years of experience in caring for dogs! I have lived in the Fort Myers area for just over a year. Previously, I lived in KY and VA, where I was very active as a sitter on Rover. I have previously owned a Golden Retriever, a Brittney Spaniel, and now have a 2 yr old mixed breed, rescue. I have experience walking, sitting, and caring for all breeds of dogs, young and old. I am also an active person and am willing to run with your dog if you desire. I am available for drop in visits or dog walking. I can also stay over at your house, however that usually works best on the weekends as I do have to go into the office 8am-5pm during the week. I would love to watch your pet(s) while you are away and give them the best care possible! I am looking forward to meeting you and your dog/cat.

What a great experience! I am so lucky that I found Jennifer. This was the first time I ever needed a dog sitter to stay in my home and I am so happy with my experience. Jennifer is very professional & pleasant, was wonderful with my anxious dog, and sent some great pictures and updates. I follow all given instructions to keep your dog safe in your home. I am very familiar with using prong collars safely, harnesses, and gentle leaders to ensure safe walks. If other dogs or people need to be avoided on walks, that is no problem. I always make sure your dog is crated when leaving (if requested) and that your door is locked behind me.

A typical day
We will go on walks around your neighborhood or go to a local park! I am happy to run with your dog as well or play fetch whenever possible. I also love to play fetch with your dog or play with their toys. Whatever they love to do, I am happy to do it!

I work full-time from an office so drop-in visits after normal work hours or on the weekends are when I am most readily available for visits.
