I strongly suggest anyone avoids Jennifer. We found her to be unreliable and level of care that boarders on neglect. We hired Jennifer to be a house sitter for 9 days over Easter break. We have 1 dog that is 2 years old and ~60 pounds. He likes a good walk, is happy go lucky and well behaved (can chew a pillow or two when left for long times) but otherwise a great family dog. Never has accidents and has been boarded a number of times without issues. We left 1/2 page instructions on care for Tucker (standard stuff of two meals per day, 2 walks per day, let out at night and morning and a few times in the day etc). I would also consider us to be fairly easy going people, 4.9 stars on Uber/air bnb and in customer facing work roles, ie know how to get along and deal with more challenging scenarios. Our experience with Jennifer was very negative. We have submitted a report to Rover outlining the details, but in summary after we came home (and then subsequently put all the pieces together looking at ring camera footage (we have front, side and back cameras)), we found that she had left Tucker for very extended periods (ie leaving at 4pm and returning at 7:30am the next day), which not surprisingly created a few accidents in the house. His water bowl was bone dry when we came home and a number of other quite suspect type of items that don’t paint a good fact pattern. Perhaps if you have a very old dog that needs very limited attention she would have been fine, but I cannot recommend her for anyone who has the standard dog care mindset (ie a few walks, feeding and letting them out on a regular basis).

Jennifer was responsive and informed us when she was heading to our dogs, how they were doing, and when she left!
