We have a very pet friendly home and a large back yard perfect for play time. There is also a nearby park for walks as well as a Doggie Park to hang out with friends. In addition, I am a Veterinary Ass. capable of taking care of any medical needs. About this sitter: I think it is wonderful to be able to put a pet parent at ease by bringing my services to them. This is also easier on the animal and can be necessary for any pooch facing medical issues. Why I love dog sitting A dog lover from birth...my family has always had animals in the home. I grew up with my dog Scruffy till he was 13. We did some fostering for a few years. And then came the Dauchsuns, Fritz and Missy who I love dearly well into old age. Meet my pets Two cats that are very dog friendly and they believe they are invisible. About my yard Basic cubic square shape but very large and fully fenced with locking gates. We have a couple of tall pine trees but the terrain is fairly level. There is also a patio with a table set, I always like to be outside with them. My experience administering medication Yes. It is one on the first things you learn in Vet Tech school. I also have an eye for physical vitals and know how to perform a full exam.

Jennifer was great! She communicated with me quickly and often and took great care of the dogs. I would not hesitate to have her come back for our next trip.
Although it was difficult to leave our 4 legged children behind as we traveled over the New Year, our minds were quickly put at ease once we met Jennifer. Mister and Mandie made themselves at home immediatly even during our meet and greet. Jennifer was great. She gave us daily updates and pics. She bathed littled Mandie due to her getting out in the rain and brushed both of them daily. Our care instructions were followed to the letter. We felt great knowing they were in such good loving hands. We will definately be using her as a babysitter again. She comes highly recommended! Thanks Jennifer!
I will be very happy to tell you about Jennifer. She is a very hard working intelligent young lady with a gift for animals. This is why I am so happy she is attending college to get her degree in vet tech. Her gentle way and compassion she shows with animals is what makes them love up to her. I don't have a breed preference. I believe it is all in the temperament of the dog. I like to know of any aggression issues to avoid towards other animals or children. Energy level is important as well. The most important info. is medical. Any chronic conditions or meds to be take.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I like the neighborhood for walks. We have lots of neighbors out walking their pets in the morning and evening. Sometimes we go to park in the neighborhood. Your dog's sleeping arrangement That usually depends on their home routine. I like to keep them in that routine for comfort. I set up crates in our spare room for those the prefer it. For the bed sleepers...they go in my bed! Time I'll spend with your dog Honestly...as much as I can. I have worked in kennels before and nothing broke my heart more than not being able to do that. I know they need playtime and enrichment and good cuddles.
