Wooded Acre for your pup!
Pet care experience
I have always wanted a dog however when I was a kid we always had cats. When you are a kid and you want a dog and can't have one, the next best thing is to offer to take care of your neighbors dogs. Now that I'm an adult, my family and I have a Daniff (Great Dane/Mastiff) large dog & 2- 16 week old Boxer puppies that are spoiled to the core. We have just shy of an acre with woods in the back. We are fully fenced in on all sides and our dogs LOVE to run. I am a Kindergarten teacher and my boys are in 6th grade and 8th grade. We encourage dogs on the furniture but have beds for your dog to sleep on if they are not comfortable on furniture. I’m a Kindergarten Teacher during the school year and since we have puppies we are home a majority of the day. We'd love to meet your pup.

Jennifer treated Winnie as her own with all the love and care possible. She was communicative and helpful through the entire stay, providing us with updates, videos, pictures, and, when needed, consulting us about what we’d prefer so that she could provide the best experience for Winnie. Highly recommend her!

Jennifer and her family took exceptional care of our Molly. Molly is 12 years old and is very spoiled and needed someone that would treat her as part of the family which included sleeping with someone and being on the furniture. I appreciate the communication and photos we received throughout the week and I think Molly may have snowed them into thinking she needed lots of walks as well. Molly does not play with other dogs and will just ignore them, Jennifer's dogs were good with Molly. Would highly recommend Jennifer and will be using her again in the near future!

I have just under an acre that is partially wooded. Your pup will be kept company by my 4 year old Daniff and two Boxer puppies. I can crate if necessary we have two medium crates and 1 xl crate available for use. We also have play gates for younger/smaller dogs.

I treat your dog like my own so ahead of time it is important to me to know if they are a rescued dog or a dog that was picked out as a puppy. Sometimes dogs that are rescued when they are 1 year or older have a harder time adjusting to being out of their home, or having someone new in their home. If your dog has a schedule it's important for me to have that information so please write detailed notes for me so I can keep your pup in routine.
A typical day
We live in a very large neighborhood with ample room to walk pups. Your dog will have access to toys and just shy of an acre to run on. Our lot has woods that run along the back which is a wonderful place to explore while staying in the safety of a fully fenced in yard. Our yard backs up to I-94 so the cement wall that runs along the highway provides security for your furry one.

Availability
I’m a Kindergarten Teacher during the year and I tutor during the summer. I have two teenage boys and we are home most the days.
