Pet care experience
All of our dogs have been rescues. Our family treats our pets well and we love helping others care for their fur babies. We understand the importance of proper diet, proper exercise and follow directions very well (including giving medicines). And if you cook special dietary meals for your babies, I am happy to cook for them too. We currently have a 1 year old Great Dane puppy and a 3 year old Yorkipoo (both rescues). I have great patience with puppies and am experienced caring for older, geriatric dogs too. Basically, my goal is to love on them just enough to keep them from being too sad while you are away. And if you dog is a snuggler or is a lap dog, I am perfectly fine with that too!

I am very pleased with Jennifer. Very professional and responds quick. My labs are my babies and I’m Blessed to have found a honest person to look after my pups when I can’t be at home. On time, does what is asked, loves on them and keeps me updated. Very excited I found someone to help me out with my babies.
Jennifer was awesome with our two dogs. We have one old girl and she took extra precautions with her and stayed in communication with me during her stay. She is also great about sending pictures which is important to us. I would definitely recommend Jennifer!
Jennifer watched my three dogs and my son’s dog and stayed overnight at my home while we were away for four days. My doggies were so well cared for and loved. I felt so much more relaxed and enjoyed my vacation so much more knowing they had such a dog loving and thiughtful person caring for them. They were calm and happy on our return. I highly recommend Jennifer to watch anyones dog. She watched my dog last minute when my mom passed away. My dog Sammy was a pommeranian and was very temperamental. She was able to meet with him shortly before I left out of town, but he was still apprehensive about her. She kept me informed and worked with him. She insured he was fed and let out in our yard several times a day. She had to coax him because she was a bit vicious. This did not deter her as she was determined to make sure he was well cared for. This made my trip less stressful not having to worry about him.

My only requests are that the dogs not be aggressive in any way. Be up to date on all shots. Be good on a leash (if you want me to walk them). I would also ask that you let your Vet know that I am pet sitting just in case of emergency (hopefully we will never need to worry about this one).
A typical day
Depending on your preference, we can just play in your backyard or walk around the neighborhood (as long as you dog is very good on leash). I am not comfortable taking them to the dog park because I cannot control other people's dogs. If you are comfortable I will bring my 8 year old daughter with me because she loves dogs as much as I do! I am also okay if you have a 100 lb lap dog. I had an 85 lb lap dog (Irish Setter) who passed away in 2015. He was the sweetest baby and thought he was the same size as my Pug (passed in 2017).
