In 10 years of boarding our dog this was the oddest experience we’ve ever had. I am new to the app and we tried Jennifer because she seemed to have good reviews. It was a busy weekend for us and when I opened Rover I couldn’t find Jennifers messages in my inbox.. I guess they’re under a different part of the website. I’m new to the app and missed this. So Jennifer sent some pictures and when I didn’t respond quick enough she sent a very rude message. After I found the notes I immediately responded a thank you for sending the pics and updates and asked a question but I didn’t hear anything the rest of the stay. I knew she was upset and it was very unsettling and stressful to have our dog with her when we were so far away. When we picked him up finally she said our dog was making her quit rover and he was the worst dog she’s ever had. We’ve boarded him his whole life and have never had any feedback close to that. He is sweet and friendly and loves cuddles and being with people and dogs. She was upset he ripped a stuffed dog toy and upset he chewed branches in the yard and upset he jumped off her bed at night. She even claimed he made all the other dogs in the house misbehave. All of this is very normal dog behavior. The whole experience was so bizarre and I wouldn’t recommend if you would like a stress free or drama free boarding experience.

Jennifer was great and truly treated my dogs like family!!
