Pet care experience
Hello my fellow dog lovers! A little Jenny-ology... Dogs have been a part of my life since the day I was born. I'm lucky to say that dogs have played every role from sibling, playmate, companion and now I'm blessed enough to refer to my two as my children. I love dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities and would love to care for yours as I do my own! I believe that pets are happier and less stressed when they stay in their home, and keep as close as possible to their normal routines which I will gladly maintain while you are away or even just a walk or two while you're at work. In the past I’ve had my pets in the care of a pet sitter when I was away. And I know that it made me feel better knowing that they had their own toys, food, bedding, and comforting reminders of me while I was gone.

Jenny did a great job sitting for our two large dogs. She was reliable, easy to talk to, and very communicative with photos/texts throughout her stay. She understands dogs and my dogs literally missed her when the stay was over. I would definitely recommend her.
Although she texted me that my dogs were very good, she had not even gone to our house (I have a security alarm and cameras so I have the proof). We left for a short vacation in the morning and she was supposed to check in on them that evening. Because she didn't, my dogs had gone 24 hours without being let out or fed and my one dog is 13 years old. I had to call a neighbor the next morning to help us out. What concerns me even more is I left my dogs with her a month ago for a week. My security alarm and cameras were down so I couldn't be sure what was going on. I can only wonder how many times she was there. I want my money back as she breached our contract. I will likely will never use Rover.com again as a result.
Jennifer was great! She really took good care of our two Siberian Husky dogs (70 and 80 pounds each). She is so very nice and does a very professional job. Our dogs took to her very quickly and hardly changed their normal daily routines. She also maintained constant contact with us to let us know how things were going; that was very nice! She also responded to our messages very quickly (as in minutes). I'm very happy with Jennifer and would highly recommend her to anyone that loves their dogs like we do. They are part of our family. Thanks Jennifer! We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
