She was great with my pup and I’m glad because my dog is like my child so it’s very important to have the right person to keep them. Jennifer kept me updated but wasn’t overly chatty which I appreciated and my pup was very relaxed with her which is huge because he suffers from separation anxiety. Jennifer was also available very last minute (think 2 days notice) as I had to change plans and ended up changing sitters as well. If you’re in need Jennifer is absolutely great you definitely can’t go wrong with her.

The pet sitter was not at all what I expected in customer service. It was horrible. I had booked reservations and the pet sitter agreed to the terms of the booking reservations, but asked for more money and asked me to do a pickup earlier than what I paid for during my booking requests. I had to leave a conference out of town to get home to pick up my pet sooner than planned because the pet sitter did not want to dog sit anymore. Also, I received photos of trash cans emptied, so my dog was not watched or attended to after the pet sitter says she came home to find trash everywhere, so who does that! Who leaves their pets unattended and cared for when that's why we book these serviceds in the first place. I could have left him home alone on my own if that's what I wanted for my fur baby. I got no good reports of how he was doing but was only asked to pay more money and pick up earlier than the agreement of terms during booking services and that was AFTER I had paid for my poor services.
