I graduated from CMU in 2017 and am now working as a Medical Assistant. I have also been a Certified Nurses Assistant for seven years. While I love to help people, I also enjoy spending time with animals of all sorts. I have most availability on the weekends, but plenty of time before and after work on weekdays too. I've been caring for my familys and friends' dogs for many years. I want to make sure your dogs and cats are good hands while you're away. I strive to keep your dogs normal routine intact for their comfort. I've been around dogs my whole life, at one point having as many as four at home and even raising litters of puppies. I volunteered at Roice Hurst for a period of time, walking dogs and socializing both cats and dogs. When I was younger, my family fostered litters of kittens for Mesa County Animal Services. I currently have three dogs at home: Kodiak, the Pomeranian, who is low energy and low maintenance. Bailey, the Texas Heeler, who is hyper and wouldn't ever pass up a game of fetch and Kelty, the St. Bernard, who is sometimes very low energy but will also play tug-o-war like there's no tomorrow. We all enjoy walks around the neighborhood and lounging on the couch together. I am most experienced with the following breeds (but I would love to add to the list): Yorkie, Pomeranian, Border Collie, Corgi, Australian Shepherd, Husky, Hound, Shiba Inu, Lab, German Shepherd, Akita, Saint Bernard and Newfoundland. I will be sure to meet the need of your dogs, cats and/or fish on any visit.
