I have unconditionally loved both dogs and cats throughout childhood and adulthood. As an adult, I longed for a pet but knew I was not in a place to give a quality home to a pet. So, I would pet sit and take dogs in shelters for walks or assist in rescue efforts. Then, several years back I was in a situation to have a dog enter my life permanently-- well it ended up being two dogs:) They fill my heart so much, but I realize there is no filling my heart in terms of giving care or spending time with animals. My one dog is now blind, not as mobile, and requires medication so I have experience caring for senior dogs and dogs with different abilities. I work from home so your pet will never be lonely! I would love to help care for your pets while reassuring you that while you are away at work or out of town, your pets will be loved and are being given the absolute best care. I provide updates and photos of how your pet is enjoying the day or an extended stay.

Jennifer was great in watching my dog George. She sent plenty of pictures and was super responsive in coordinating drop off and pick up of George. Her two dogs were very sweet and seemed to get along great with George. Highly recommend and would use in the future.

Dogs are always supervised, whether inside or playing in my fenced yard. I also closely monitor food in take, as one of dogs is allergic to chicken. WI will take the same concern with any special issues, such as allergies, that your dog may have.

I would like to know if your dog is house broken, has any aggressive tendencies or certain types of dogs that trigger your dog to be aggressive, knows certain commands for treats that I should continue enforcing, how they react to thunderstorms
A typical day
The day begins with immediate play time in the yard, followed by a morning walk shortly after. After such a fun morning your pup will enjoy breakfast and any indoor play activity or downtime, it chooses. Usually, I watch the news at this time with my dogs on the couch- it’s known as cuddle time. Throughout the day, pups will go out to play in yard as often as they like and I will take them on as many walks as requested. Feedings will also be handled as requested. I am also happy to take them to a dog park, if that is ok with owner. Hopefully, they will have so much fun with multiple activity choices and playing with my dog that your pup won’t be as home sick.

Availability
I work from home full time and have a large fenced in yard. I let dogs out multiple times for supervised play and we can go on as many walks as your dog likes. I live in a wonderful neighborhood that is great for walks. I also have a screened in porch that I sometimes work from and dogs seem to enjoy spending time there as well.
