I would highly recommend Jennifer. We tried the drop in visits and were not disappointed. From daily pictures and videos and any updates we needed, she was outstanding. Communication was easy as well, as she generally answered my emails in a timely, professional manner. You might also be interested to know that her calm, disarming rapport was great. Almost instantly. Yzma, our little paws, took to her, and seemed to understand that she wouldn't just be looked after, she'd be cared for and engaged. Our large paws, Kronk, hasn't been around many folks, and is very cautious and wary of anyone he doesn't know, and it can be difficult to settle him down and turn the bark box off once he gets started. Again, I think he could sense that Jennifer was not a threat and the body language communicated everything was good and safe, and he was impressively quieter too. We'll use Rover again, a lot more comfortable and confident entrusting our pet's care after a great first experience.

You can’t fully understand how relieved we were to find Jennifer on Rover! We had been looking and asking friends and family for weeks about helping look in on Cookie but NOBODY was willing to step in. Especially because of the holidays and the driving distance. We felt defeated and thought about caving in on boarding him somewhere. We knew Cookie wouldn’t have enjoyed that at all. We wanted someone to actually take their time with Cookie and care for him without the added stress of a new environment and strange dogs all around. And with his underlying condition, we didn’t want to risk it. It wasn’t until my mother let us know about this app and we stumbled upon Jennifer’s page with endless amounts of photos of all of these adorable pets. That, to us, was the biggest green flag. She definitely loves animals! Now, our dog doesn’t do well in new places or meeting new people. So Jennifer was kind to schedule a meeting into her schedule so that Cookie got the chance to warm up to her before seeing her randomly come into his home while we’re gone. Upon meeting Jennifer and her partner, he took to them a lot faster than we could have pictured. Jennifer was very attentive, patient and kind to the needs of our Cookie. They also gave him plenty of play time and couch parties! Every picture we received of Cookie while on vacation, he showed this huuuuge dorky smile that melted our hearts. He LOVED them! I would trust Jennifer anytime with Cookie. She’s communicative and caring. Always said she enjoyed the time with Cookie but I’m sure Cookie enjoyed her company farrr more. I don’t plan on using anyone else. I’d rather use Jennifer’s reliable services than look elsewhere. It would seem unfair to Cookie to introduce new faces or even let a family member drop in just to do the bare minimum. Thank you, guys! You’ve saved us (and Cookie) so much stress. 🩵
