I've owned dogs since the age of 10 and pets since the age of 6. I've owned Shar-Peis and lived with all kinds of other dogs, from Australian Shepherds and Border Collies to Rat Terriers and Poodle mixes. I love making sure a dog is well cared-for and happy and I like benefits of positive reinforcement. I also have a lot of experience in watching dogs in households with children. We gave him a loving home with lots of attention plenty of treats and snuggles, which he hadn't experienced before. After Walter, we continued to rescue Shar-Pei dogs and ensure them a warm and happy home! There's nothing better than an afternoon with a pup at the dog park in Balboa Park or the dog beach at Ocean Beach. What's better than making new friends?
