Animals are my life! I love walking dogs and spending time getting them exercise as well as helping with training and other needs (I enjoy the exercise for myself as well!). For dogs, I have cared for friends' and families' dogs for many years as well as having my own for 6 years now. I have worked with trainers in learning how to work with dogs. I have experience with well behaved dogs, but also reactive dogs. I understand leash anxiety, and source aggression. I also understand that sometimes even with extensive training, these traits may not be easily corrected. I am patient and understanding and will ensure a safe and comfortable walk for your best friend. For cats, I have had cats in my life since birth. I have experience with feral, semi feral, shy, feisty, Not so friendly, and extremely friendly cats! I understand the different needs and temperaments. I am patient and attentive. I also have a network of amazingly experienced cat caretakers and behaviorists at my disposal and can find answers to any questions or behavior struggles. I also have experience medicating if needed (no experience with giving shots). I also have experience with feline post operative care. In addition to my extensive experience with my own 4 cats (a mix of feral, semi feral and friendly loves), I have been the adoption coordinator and a foster mom for a local cat rescue for about 2 years now. I have helped find amazing homes for many cats and have helped to foster and socialize several cats for the organization as well.
