Zookeeper dog lover
Pet care experience
**For protection and safety, dogs with fleas or ticks will not be accepted. All dogs will be checked when dropped off ** If fleas or ticks are found the booking will be cancelled** Hello, fellow dog lovers! My name is Jennifer and I have a degree in animal care, training, and behavior. I am a full-time pet sitter. I was a zookeeper for 9 years and before being a zookeeper I was a dog trainer. I am a passionate animal care professional and I'm excited to be able to use my skills to care for and experience so many lovely personalities and breeds. I have two rescued dogs of my own, Comet, a 8 year old golden retriever, and Halley a 7 year old American bully. Halley loves to sunbathe, snuggle in blankets and any food or treats. Comet loves to play, be around everyone, and loves having his hair brushed.

Before booking a stay with me you are welcome to schedule a meet and greet if you like. Meet and greets are done at my home. During meet and greets you will have the chance to see the common areas of our house (not the bedrooms) and our yard. I have a fenced yard your dogs can enjoy. If no one is home each dog will be housed in separate crates, a gated area, or a separate room for safety. Milti dog families can be left together. Photos and updates will be provided daily. My home is kept clean and disinfected to keep all dogs safe and healthy. Please make sure your pet is up to date on all vaccinations and preventative medications (heartgaurd etc.) to keep my home safe for everyone. Be aware that although I keep a clean space, as with any daycare or pet care there is a risk of spreading of illness. Any dog heard coughing or sneezing will be required to be picked up asap.
