Jennifer was great! This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous about leaving our pups for a long weekend. Jennifer sent us tons of pictures and our dogs loved her. Will use her again for sure!

I was mostly satisfied with our cat's care but there were a few instructions that weren't followed. I told Jennifer to give her two scoops of food per day but that she may not eat as much if we are gone. I said if the bottom of the bowl is covered with food, to not give her more. I told her to use her discretion, but maybe I should have made it more clear because her bowl was full of food when we got back. The food container lid was also not closed. We also asked her to try to feed Raja her treats for her joints by hand but if she didn't want it, to break it up and put it in her bowl. The treats didn't seem broken up and were left uneaten in her bowl. Overall, I would rather her be overfed than underfed but we did come home to puke on the floor, possibly due to overfeeding. I take partial responsibility as I verbally communicated these things to Jessica. I am going to make sure to add details to my care instructions on Rover.
