Jennifer is awesome!!! Took such great care of my little Bear!! Couldn’t ask for a better sitter!!

I think Jen is a very nice person but the services rendered were not worth the price paid. I had two dogs boarded with her, one large and one small, and she actually charges more for an extended stay than for a single night, which seems backwards. However, she was nice and said she would send photos and updates each day but we only received a photo and/or update on the day we dropped off the dogs. Our schedule changed and we returned 2 days earlier than we initially planned. I learned that Rover sitters make their own change/cancellation policy and I found hers to be harsh. All in for 5 nights we paid $795 to board one large and one small dog. If there were "extras" given with this, we would have figured at least they got good service. But there were no walks given to the dogs, no bath on the day of pick up, no updates about the dogs and we gave her 9 days of food for the dogs and only received 1 can back. Lastly, when we picked up the dogs we heard someone yelling at the dogs to shut up.
