It is unfortunate but our experience did not went well. We never met Jennifer, we dealt with her father. My wife dropped our dog and I picked him up. after requesting some feedback throughout its stay it took her/him more than 1 day to respond at first, and then after insisting we received a picture, and the days after 3 more pictures very similar to each other (we paid for a 10 day stay), the last 4 days we did not received anything. Our dog was returned limping, with sore spots on its paws, and with two shaven areas on both sides of the neck. We provided food for the 10 days but upon returning home he was starving and devoured its food like never before…. after asking her/him about the issues, the response was “how weird, he was enjoying himself”… Very dissatisfied with the experience, this was the cheapest option in the platform, I guess we got what we paid for and then some less…. never coming back…. We will never know what really happened to out poor dog, but we will make sure it never happens again.
