I have had both dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember. I have frequently taken care of friends and family members animals. I have also fostered for the animal rescue league for several years and welcomed many cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies to my home. It is amazing to see them go to their forever homes! I will give your family member the same care and respect I give to my previous fosters as well as my own family members. Three out of my 4 pets came to me as fosters and stayed forever. I will also respect and care for your home with the utmost care. I am vaccinated for Covid 19.

Jenn has been a great caregiver for our elderly cat Tuffy. She spends time with him above and makes sure he gets some attention and enrichment each visit. She also cleans the litter box daily, cleans up after our somewhat messy eater, and takes care of any messes that happen. Jenn will make sure your house is secure and will even pick up the mail for you if you ask her too. We love having her take care of cat!
Jennifer is knowledgeable in not only how to keep a dog happy but also safe. She will go out of her way to provide as much joy to any dog she is caring for as possible. A happy and tired dog makes for a happy owner. She is very responsible, can follow care instructions, and will most likely do more than is asked of her.

My pets are my family! I'm very mindful of the safety of my pets and will be as mindful of yours. You do see photos of my dogs off leash in my profile, this is in a secured area at my parents home. I firmly believe in on leash at all times except in a fenced in secure area. I secure my dogs while in the car as well. I make sure keep all hazardous items out of reach and provide a safe and secure environment at all times. I will be respectful of the safety and security of your home as well.

Let me know if you dog has any medical or dietary needs. To help your pet get the most out of the time I would love to know how you walk them and stick their routine as much as possible. I would like to learn how they are with other people and other dogs to prepare to have a safe and productive walk.
A typical day
Much like people what each dog considers fun is different. I have one dog who can play fetch all day long and the other that doesn't much care for it but loves to play tug of war. I'd love to hear what your pet likes to do for fun and will do my best to get them some great enrichment time. Some of my favorite spots to walk are: around the pond at Mcfarland Park which is a great 1.5 mile walk, around the Carr woods nature trails its a grass path and full of fun sites and smells, the path at south river valley park is also a very fun but shorter walk, and I also like the Tedesco Learning Corridor.

Availability
I am available after 530 pm in week days and at anytime in the weekends. I can also work in an early morning visit if needed on weekdays. My dogs go on two walks a day plus have play time and potty trips outside. My cats get daily play time (if they can fit it into their daily schedule). We usually take an extended hike on the weekend at a local park or hiking area. I will do my best to stick to your pets existing schedule.
