I would be more than happy to provide your dog(s) or cat(s) with lots of attention, play time, love, and care that they need while you are away. ❤ I have experience with dogs of all different sizes, ages, and breeds, such as a miniature pinscher puppy who loves to pick up sticks that are longer than his body, a playful saint bernadoodle who weighs over 100lbs, and gives big hugs, a silly, speedy 1 year old whippet with only 3 legs, a very happy goldendoodle puppy with tons of energy, a fluffy little pomeranian who loves to go on walks around the park and sniff their favorite spots, and a sweet senior beagle who still enjoys long morning walks in the park both on and off leash. I also have experience with caring for cats. I'm happy to give them pats & play time or give them their space while I check up on things & give you the update. I would follow instructions for feeding them & checking their litter & I can even provide photos of an update on the status of their food & water bowl or even their litter if you'd like. If you have fish or a turtle or any other pets that you'd like me to feed while I'm visiting your home, I'm happy to do that as well.

Jennifer is my cat’s new BFF! Jennifer was very generous to spend extra time, keeping our cat company for the week. She even visited a few extra times throughout the day since she was in the area at no extra cost. My cat has separation anxiety, and I came home to no scratches on her head— which means Jennifer’s company did the trick! Highly recommend!
Jennifer went above and beyond while taking care of our cat for a week. We were a bit nervous to travel and glad we found her. She is really nice and good with following the directions and the updates were detailed with pics. Our cat is a bit shy but opened up to her really quickly. I would have the pet parent(s) provide an accessable extra pair of keys (not the pair that I will have kept with me or inside of a lock box, but ANOTHER extra pair of keys) for emergency use stored safely inside of a lock box or with their trusted local emergency contact.

I would like to have information on what makes the dog happy, what their typical day is like, what they enjoy doing. & I would like information on the dog's allergies and any specific things that make them angry or sad or scared or uncomfortable- some examples would be loud noises, trucks, thunder, other dogs approaching, etc. I would also like to have information on if the dog is comfortable with walking in "bad weather" such as in the rain or snow or windy conditions and where any of their supplies (jackets, leashes, etc) are kept. ... I would like to have information on what the cat enjoys (favorite toy, favorite place to relax) & what their typical day is like (feeding schedule, places they're often found hiding, if they have a specific routine of when they eat & when they have play time, etc) I would also like to know the cat's allergies and any specific things that make them angry or sad or scared or uncomfortable. Some examples would be if the cat does NOT like being pat (or does NOT like being pat in a specific area, such as their stomache or top of their head) or if the cat is afraid of a certain noises (loud noises, thunder, etc) or if the cat is protective or territorial of a specific area of their home.
A typical day
When I am caring for dogs, it comes down to their & their owners preferences on what we do together... I enjoy playing with them with their favorite toys inside, as well as getting them lots of exercise outside by throwing a ball around & running around with them safely in a fenced in yard. Ofcourse I also love to give them lots of snuggles & pats as well. When I am caring for cats, it also is about the owner's & the cat's preference. I am happy to give them gentle loving pats & just hang out with them & play with their favorite toys or give them their space as well.
