**I am no longer dog sitting, but I now have a fur baby of my own.** Dogs have been an important part of my life, since the day I was born. I have had four dogs throughout the span of my life, ranging in size from a Pomeranian to a Golden Retriever. All of the canines that I have owned have served as family members and have taught me so much about their needs - most importantly, their need to feel loved. I have participated in various dog-themed conventions and events, ranging from "National Dog Party Day", The Eukanuba Dog Show and "Celebrate Dogs!" to fundraisers designed to raise money for retired greyhounds. I have also been a proponent of Florida legislation aimed at protecting the rights of dogs.
