Pet care experience
I am a lifelong animal lover. My pets are my family, and I know that yours are, too! In addition to pet sitting for friends and family members, I volunteered at an animal shelter for several years, and I have also fostered both cats and dogs. Some of my own precious pets have had special needs, so I understand firsthand how important it is to find a caring, responsible sitter. I love nurturing animals, playing with them, and outdoor adventure time with them. Our pets bring so much goodness and positivity to our lives; they deserve the very best of what we can give them in return to express our gratitude!

Jennifer was a wonderful cat sitter. One of my cats has recently started chemotherapy pills and Jennifer was able to give them to her while I was out of town. It was such a relief to know she was able to. maintain her schedule while I was away!

A typical day
I live in the North Deering neighborhood of Portland and frequent many of the Portland Trails including Baxter Woods, Evergreen Cemetery, Sebago to the Sea, Canco Woods, Forest City Woods, Fore River Sanctuary, Eastern Prom, and more. I also enjoy venturing outside of Portland to trails in the many beautiful surrounding areas. My favorite dog friendly beaches are East End Beach, Higgins Beach, and Ferry Beach.

I am a high school English teacher, so I have limited availability during the school year (mainly weekends), but plenty of free time over the summer!
