Hi! My name is Jennifer or Jen :) I am originally from NYC, was in California for ~4 years, and I moved to the Seattle area in March 2022. I do jump between the two coasts often. A little background story: One of my best friends from college bought home a sheltie one semester, my heart instantly melted and fell in love with him. He is my godson & I love him to pieces; although he lives in NorCal now, I used to play and walk him during my college days. Back home my cousin has 5 corgis, yes 5! And I have had the privilege to dog sit for her before I moved to California. My husband, Bo and I moved to East Lake at the end of Sept 2023 (he is in some of my photos in my gallery). We both love animals and although we want our own dog and cat in the future, we decided to foster first. The pandemic really pivoted this thought and we started working with One Love Animal Sanctuary fostering cats. We both have had experience with administering oral medication for dogs and cats. I also have experience with puppies since I helped my cousin with 2 litters of corgis now. We are currently not fostering any cats & I miss having four legged furiends walking around. My typical communication style is sending pictures and/or videos about 4-5 times a day. I know being away from home can be stressful for some of your fur babies, so we are ok with pets on all furniture, they are free to roam throughout the home without restriction. I enjoy long walks and running, so depending on your pup, I can do different physical activities to match their energy level!
