Pet care experience
I have two dogs, a service German Shepherd named Blitz (who mainly stays in my parents home) and a derpy Siberian husky named Callie (who stays with me full time). They mean the world to me and I would love to take care of your pet(s) just as I would with mine either in your home or mine! I understand all pets have different needs, and I am willing to provide cuddles, play time, walks, hikes, dog parks, a doggy friend, and any necessary medical needs for your pet. I enjoy going on 3 runs/walks with dogs or taking them out to the dog park. I live across the street from Rincon Hill Dog Park where I spend an hour or more a day at! Please feel free to message me about any questions or dates; I’m very flexible with my schedule and my dog would love playmates! I live with my partner and dog Callie in a spacious apartment with pet friendly furniture and a large, enclosed balcony. We both love to board and care for additional pets/dogs because our schedule already revolves around our own dog. We both work from home, and have a lot of extra time to care and play with your pet. We will take long strolls on the pier and take tons of photos/videos during your pets care so you are updated and don’t miss your pet too much. We only take 1 pet at a time in our home. Because we have our dog here with us, means there will be 2 doggos at a time, yours and ours. We want to assure the ratio for human to dog (2 humans = 2 dogs max). By only taking one pet at a time, we can assure more time, space, cuddles, walks, and really focus on your pet’s needs. I am full time on rover now! I am dedicated to taking on any house calls, walks, visits, or boarding! My schedule is very flexible and I am open to discuss what is best for your pet! I put my pets first, because well pets are a ton cuter than humans! Haha. I do take caring for your pet very seriously as I would want the best for my dog too when boarded or visited in any home. With experience over the years, I’ve learned all pets have different needs and personalities. Finding what works best to make your pet accommodated, well adjusted, safe, and loved is my ideal job. It is a huge plus for us that we get to meet/care for so many different types of pets for a time which fulfills the need to actually adopt more animals haha. I am currently only available for dog walks and dog boarding! Between my spouse and I, we have plenty of time to share our home with another pet! We already make time for our pups and would love to have your pet join in! We have a fenced yard in our town home to give potty breaks in between walks! We are open to adjusting to your pets schedule and needs.

Jennifer started out fine. She seemed responsible and I could tell she knew what she was doing. But after the first walk, her communication with me soured. At first she cancelled the morning of the walk, which was fine because things happen. Then We had arranged specific dates, and she had agreed to work those days, but when I reached out to confirm again, she told me she couldn’t do it. When I told her that this wasn’t what we agreed on, she said “No worries, you can find another sitter.” Instead of communicating to me, she just disregarded our agreement. After that she said she would drop the key off. She never did. I asked her multiple times to confirm that she would drop them off. No answer. Completely disappeared. Her demeanor completely changed and now she wasn’t answering. I had to contact Rover and they couldn’t reach her for more than a week. Finally they got a hold of her and she said she dropped the key off. But this wasn’t true. She is unreliable, unprofessional, and doesn’t know how to communicate like an adult. Also, a week before I gave this review, I asked her to communicate with me on what was going on, so I could give her the benefit of the doubt and not leave on bad terms; she never answered.

Jennifer was amazing and so sweet! She’s always on time and respectful of those working from home. She really helped my dog open up to furry friends at the park.
Jennifer was incredible with our lab! We had her board our pup at her place over a long weekend and it could not have gone smoother. She picked her up and and sent pictures and videos everyday. You can tell that Jennifer not only has a ton of experience with dogs but that she truly loves them too! We will definitely be booking again next time we need sitter.

We have tons of toys and puzzles for our dogs! We also love going on hikes, walks, and runs to keep our dogs stimulated. We also have a dog park about 2 minute walk from our complex!
