By day, I work in the area of pharmaceutical consulting and have over 30 years working in the area of endangered species/conservation, animal behavior research, and pharmaceutical development. WHY ROVER?: As a former vet tech and having worked with animals, animal care comes naturally to me. With a deep love for animals and extensive experience in providing personalized care, I offer reliable and nurturing pet sitting services to ensure their happiness and safety. Each pet has their own unique personality and needs, and services are tailored accordingly. I only take on a select number of clients to ensure that you receive the BEST CARE for your pets. WHAT TO EXPECT: Clear and open communication is a key aspect of my service. I maintain regular contact with pet owners, providing updates and photos to offer owners peace of mind while they are away. I am very responsive and strive to create a trusting relationship built on reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for pets. In addition to pet care, I can also bring in the mail, packages, water plants, etc. while you are away. REVIEWS: I am rated as the best pet sitter in the Madison area. Check out my reviews (over 200 5-star reviews!!!) to get an understanding of the TOP NOTCH service that I provide my clients. HOW IT WORKS: After initial contact, a meet and greet is scheduled. During the meet and greet, we can review your pet(s) needs, including feeding schedule, medicine, etc. At that time, we can do a key/code exchange, as well. After services are secured, I activate the visit on the Rover app. At the end of my visit, I will provide photos and an update. Should your return get delayed or if you need to change the service dates, feel free to reach out and we can easily adjust it in the Rover app or by calling Rover customer services. After your return, we can schedule a time for the key return or I can keep it on file upon request. Keys are retained for 6 months then discarded if no services are provided during that time.

Availability
AVAILABILITY: Pet care visits are available during the morning, midday, late afternoon and evenings during both weekdays and weekends. Visit times are scheduled to be meet your pet needs. At times, I do travel (for work or pleasure) and will not be available; however, keep my schedule up to date. If there is ever any conflict, I will reach out to you as soon as possible, so you can secure alternative care. I only take on selected number of clients to ensure that your pets receive the BEST CARE. MEET AND GREET: A meet and greet is recommended to ensure that your pets needs are met. Meet and greets are best scheduled during the evenings and weekends. The meet and greet is a great time for you and your pet(s) to meet me. It helps to decrease the stress and anxiety during the first visit. During the meet and greet, we can review your pet(s) needs, including feeding schedule, medicine, etc. At that time, we can do a key/code exchange, as well.
