Through their health and illness I have lovingly cared for pets for many years. I have owned and cared for dogs, cats, and chickens! I take only 1 client per booking in order to provide premium care for your pet . While housesitting, you can take comfort knowing that your pets routine will not be disrupted, whether they are older, or suffer from anxiety, or need scheduled meds. Traveling to the Santa Barbara area? No problem! I’ll come to your hotel to care for your pup, just as I would in your home. I am a morning person so early morning walks are no problem, whether it be around the block or to the neighborhood park! Our own doggie, Bella, passed away last year at age 16. She was deaf and blind for her last several years. I am personally confident with senior dog care. I recently cared for an elderly dachshund in England that needed to be carried up and down stairs and a senior Boxer in Portugal that required medications and my elderly fur friend , Oliver, in Montecito needed extra special attention as he is deaf and partially blind. More recently, my repeat clients in Montecto are pet parents of a huge , cuddly, Cream Retriever , who loves tug o water and needs a lot of coaxing on walks . I recently completed a two week pet sit in NYC with a darling Pomeranian pup named Ruby. She was my princess Pommie of Central Park. so playful and gregarious, we had a wonderful connection! I really miss my Scottie Poo, Bella, but am not yet ready to commit to my own new full time pet. So I have been reliable to the pets of neighbors, friends and family privately and on Trusted House Sitters and Rover to enjoy the companionship and unconditional love of their furry family members.
