YOUR PET'S SECOND FAMILY Your pet is always taken care of and well-supervised. I will love and care for your pet just like I do my own - your pet will always be part of my family! SAFETY IS MY TOP PRIORITY Your pet's safety is my number one priority! Please complete a Rover profile for each pet before booking any service. I require a meet and greet before accepting a booking to ensure we are all good matches. SCHEDULING Requested times are not guaranteed; visits will begin within one hour before or within one hour after requested times. PUPPY RATE The "Puppy Rate" applies to all dogs under one year of age and any dog with incontinence issues that require excessive cleanup regardless of age. Excessive cleanup is more than one accident per total booking length. CLEANUP Owners will be charged additional fees if incontinence or excessive cleanup becomes an issue during the booking. COMMUNICATION I use the Rover app to update you with information and pictures for all services. I am only a text or phone call away available through the unique number Rover issues us. CANCELLATION The dog Walk Cancellation policy is the same day. Drop-In Services' cancellation policy is one day before the first booking. TRAVEL FEE There is a .25/mile additional charge for each visit that is over my 10 mile radius. Thank you for considering me as your pet sitter. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby soon!

Jennifer is great! She is very friendly and my dogs are very at ease around her! My dogs seemed to be their usual selves with the pictures provided to us. Which is all we want for them, to be happy while we are away.
Excellent service! She made us feel safe and relaxed because we knew our dogs were taken good care of!!
Told her about my difficult dog and she took on the job knowing this then complained to me the whole time how it was to much for her and wnating me to have someone come mid day to watch my dogs to help the issue .. but if I could have someone do that I would have just asked them to watch my dogs to begin with.. waste of money .. finding someone else
Jennifer was great! She showed up like clockwork every morning and evening and took care of our cat Toby. She sent pictures for every visit and spent time hanging out with him after she fed him. She was also very flexible with our schedule since we were traveling during the holidays and flights kept keeping canceled/moved around. We will definitely contact Jennifer again in the future! It was a great experience!
