Jennifer is a Treasure! She is caring, friendly, conscientious and fun to work with! It is obvious she truly cares about each pet she takes care of, making sure they are comfortable, having a good time with Hooch (her fun loving and playful pup). Jennifer makes Ellie (our timid black lab) feel at home, which is evident by the pictures we receive from Jennifer every day. Jennifer is always quick to respond to any questions or requests. With Jennifer watching Ellie, we have one less thing to worry about while away...! Priceless...!

Jennifer helped watch our dog and made the process so easy for us! It's our first time using Rover and she made our pup feel welcome and safe while he adjusted to new surroundings. She also sent daily check in pics which we loved. She was professional and sweet, makong us feel comfortable leaving our fur baby with her. Highly recommend!
