I have 2 cats that just ignore the dogs, but they can easily be put in the finished basement if your doggos do not not like cats! We just love animals here!!!!! I do have a 10 year old girl, so the dogs do need to be child friendly! Doggos are allowed on furniture (yikes!)!!!!! My little Billie is a Yorkie, and he is really like a cat...until I take him for a walk! Then...he acts like a dog! My Remi is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever that I saw on the Sioux City Humane Society's website one evening. I was there before they opened the next morning. She is as sweet as they come. She loves other dogs...but if they go sniffing around her behind...she just sits down! Problem solved. She would love to catch a squirrel (she has a toy squirrel she plays with but she wants a REAL ONE!)or a bird...but that is not allowed!! She loves to play in the hose in the summer and loves to jump up at catch her squeaky toy as long as Billie isn't around! Remi loves to catch the snow in the winter from the shovel...She is one of a kind. She has a high pitched bark that is horrible when she sees other dogs walking down the street (she gets so excited to meet them)! We just love our dogs so much and will love yours as well!!
