After he got attacked at the dog park a few years ago, he's weary of other dogs and barks and pulls towards them during walks. He's okay with a few dogs he's had puppy play dates with, but other than that, I have experience with dogs that aren't fans of other dogs.

About Kai

Kai is our girl, and she has black and white fur and a black dot on her nose. She is 1 year and 9 months old and we have had her since March of this year. She is very spunky! She is obsessed with hair ties...that is her favorite toy. We have a bunch of hair ties that we just slide across our long hallway for her and she chases and pounces on them. She also loves it when we put on a black winter glove and try to rub her belly...she gets to "attack" it but it doesn't hurt us because of the glove. She might try to lay on your foot and give it a little bite if you're sitting on the couch...it doesn't hurt so much as she's trying to play more!

About Banjo

Banjo is our boy, and he is 1 year and 7 months old and has jet-black fur. He is super goofy - we adopted him a couple of weeks later because we wanted Kai to have a partner in crime. He is very vocal... he will chirp, purr, and meow often! Banjo took over the role as annoying younger brother rather quickly. He will sometimes follow Kai around, jump on her to play, or pick fights with her...they never hurt each other though and usually stop fighting after 10 seconds or so. It can sometimes sound bad, so if it bothers you, you can usually break it up by throwing a toy of some sort and Banjo will run after it. He just wants to play! He acts like a dog more than a cat, too. If you throw certain toys (pizza plush with catnip in it, cork, foil ball, toy mouse "Mouse-y"), he will sometimes retrieve them and bring them back to you to throw again. If you play with him for a while, he usually pants because he runs like crazy. He also loves running water. If you try to turn the sink on, he will usually run towards it so he can try to drink from it.
