Jennifer greatly disappointed us with her service. She asked us to make arrangements to get our old dogs the next day while we were 2 states away and we were not planning on getting them for another 6 days. Her reason? She didn't want her hardwood floor ruined from accidents that our 14 years old dogs were making out of confusion and nervousness from being at a new place with a new person. Instead of being understanding and taking responsibility to make the best out of the situation, she wanted the dogs gone. I had to scramble and made other arrangements with the help of a friend to transport the dogs to another Rover sitter but a far better one who understood old dogs and the possibilities of regressed behaviors that come with the health issues and from being old. The dogs were much happier with the new sitter who never complained when the dogs made an accident. Thankfully their accidents were much less to every other day or two due to the new sitter's frequent attention to their needs. Jennifer should not be in the business of taking care of dogs if she expects all to be perfect under her care. Like taking care of children and elderly, there are bounds to be accidents and a sitter/caregiver should be able adapt and figure out ways to make it work.
