Pet care experience
My dog has always been apart of my family and I will make sure yours is to. I am a relaxed individual who started doing Roover because I was on sabbatical from work and chose to fill my days with things that I love like pets. I’m home full time so your fur baby will get excellent care with frequent potty breaks and activities. My dog is currently 16 years old and has no interest of being an alpha which might explain why she gets long with our cat. The cat likes to explore the neighborhood during the day and can be placed in a different room at night if your pet has not been introduced to this lifestyle. I have a large fenced backyard with plenty of room to run and explore. Because I have needed pet sitting in the past, I want to pay it forward to others.

Jennifer recently boarded my 14 month old cockapoo, Ringo, for a long weekend in July 2021. I could not have been happier with her services, her dog friendly home, and her big fenced yard. From first contact, she made Ringo’s first visit to dog boarding totally stress free. Thank you Jennifer! We will be back.
Jennifer is wonderful! It was the first time we had both been away from Petunia, and she sent us pics throughout the weekend, and spoiled her with her favorite treats and lots of fun with the other dogs. Petunia came home so happy and exhausted from all the fun, she immediately curled up and passed out. We will definitely be booking with Jennifer again!
This is my second review for Jennifer and I love how she and her husband treat my Maggie more and more each time she stays with them. They truly care for my dog like she were their own. Don’t look any further, this is where you want to send your dog for day or extended care!!
We had a great visit with Jennifer. She is super friendly and accommodating to my senior dog's needs. You can tell she really loves dogs and mine were very happy to have her visit with them.

Happy and Healthy... those are my top two concerns in our meet and greet. What does your dog love or dislike? Does your pup take an medication, supplements, or have any allergies. We take extra care to create a safe environment so we can just focus on having a great time.
A typical day
We are an active household by nature so I seldom forget the activities that seem natural to us. We have a combination of activities that we enjoy from playing in the backyard, long distance fetch at a nearby park, exploring the woods near our house, and of course walks around the neighborhood. We try to cater our activities to the pups and what they enjoy and are comfortable with. We also love nose and mind stimulation. A puzzle toy, games with cups, or a Kong can stimulate a dogs mind the equivalent of a short to moderate walk. Our motto is exercised dogs make for happy pups.
