I have been a pet guardian for as long as I can remember. I became a Registered Veterinary Technician after completing a 2 year program, received my Associate of Sciences degree in Veterinary Technology, and took a Boarded exam to become licensed right out of high school. I have been licensed and in practice for 23 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, some small mammals, some reptiles, and some wildlife. I have worked in general practice, emergency, critical care, surgery, and oncology. I am now working towards my certification in animal hospice as well. If your fur baby needs some TLC and you need peace of mind, I am the pet sitter for you!

Another great walk/visit with Jennifer! My work schedule can be a little hectic and I don't always know in advance if I'll need someone to come check on/walk our dog, Dexter. Jennifer has always been so accommodating of my last minute requests, which I really appreciate. Additionally, Jennifer has our routine down and I always trust her in our home and with our pets. She's very responsive and sends thorough report cards after her visits.
Such an amazing lady and cat sitter❣️ My fur baby was well taken care of. Twice a day feeding, playtime, cuddles, and chin scratches. I received several pictures twice a day which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my vacation. I thought Jennifer was special when we first met - she confirmed it by truly caring for my girl❣️?⬛
Jennifer is great! First and most importantly you could absolutely tell she cares about the animals. She sent great pictures of the important tasks as well as a succinct report that quickly built my confidence in her. Her personality is friendly and warm and her reports were cute to read. I will definitely schedule her next time I go out of town.

I am a firm believer that pets do better in their own homes when their parents aren't home. Removing them from their environment can cause unnecessary stress. I will visit your home and take care of your pet as if they were my own as I have always done with all of my patients over the years. I follow any routines that you have in order to help your pets feel more at ease in your absence.

It is important to know what your pet's specific needs are. I tailor all interactions to fit your pet. I need to know what they like and what they don't like. I need to know their boundaries and what makes them happiest. I also need to know your expectations and if you need anything specific like working on leash training while out on walks.
A typical day
I love to care for pet's mind, body, and spirit! Walks/runs and all around frolicking is highly encouraged. We will explore the neighborhood and your fur baby will be rewarded often with lots of pets and treats. *Please note: I do not provide extended walks when outside temperatures reach 90+ degrees. I will also not walk pets on asphalt/concrete if there is no shade available and the surfaces are too hot - If I wouldn't walk barefoot, I wouldn't expect them too either.
