I have been involved in animal rescue, dog rehabilitation and training, caretaking and fostering since 2008, and even used to run my own pet care business a few years ago when I lived in Hawaii, which included dog walking, pet sitting and pet photography. My partner Kevin and I have been around animals our whole lives, everything from cats to dogs, over guinea pigs, bunnies, hamsters, rats, birds, and horses. We are lucky enough to have a family of two elderly, amazing dogs (Ginger and Tiki) and one extraordinarily friendly cat (Sweet Mama Cheebs), who basically rules the house. They are all rescue animals. We are very outdoorsy and love to bring the dogs along on walks, hikes, road trips, or just simply snuggle up with them on the couch or in our bed. Your fuzzy one will be in excellent hands and we will do our best to make sure that (s)he will have a better vacation than you ;) I am also a massage therapist, so my availability will depend on massage bookings, but will also be very flexible. I generally love overnight stay gigs, but due to my own family life, that availability is a bit more limited.
