We know how hard it is to be away from your babies and leave them in the care of someone else. We are very picky about who we leave our babies with. We treat every animal that we care for as if they are our own family member. In fact, I am kind of an over-protective mommy:) They will not be bored or lack any love while you are away! Me and my husband are the biggest animal lovers you will ever come to know! Although I got my degree in Criminal Justice, I truly feel like I missed my calling and should have been a Veterinarian! Since I was twelve years old, I have owned and taken care of many animals. My husband and I also used to rescue and place domestic birds for many years. We have three beautiful dogs that get along well other animals. We welcome all ages and sizes since we have two larger, older dogs and a medium sized puppy as well. They are used to us taking in strays that we find lost or in danger of getting hit by a car, until we are able to find their homes. We live on a 1 acre fully-fenced plot where we enjoy nature, organic gardening and spending time with our dogs. I also love taking pictures of our dogs and I would be glad to take pictures of your babies while they are vacationing with us. I can even email them to you while you are away. Two of our dogs are rescues, one of which was going to be euthanized due to a serious heart condition. Knowing the disease is fatal, we felt that he deserved as much of a life as he could possibly have and he is doing great! Another of our babies needed to have surgery on both of her knees. The money was originally going to go towards a second car, but we did not hesitate to use the $6000 for our little girl, Nikki. Our kids come before anything! I have an online jewelry/bead business and I am home all of the time with our animals. They love to sit around with me and we play about every two hours, not to mention all the petting and love they get in between. Whatever routine your dogs are used to, we will go out of our way to stay as close to that routine as possible so that their stay is enjoyable and with as little stress as possible. Drop off times are are 8:30 and pick up times no later than 9:00 pm. Charges are per 24 hrs so if drop off is 8:30, pick up is 8:30 or an additional charge day is charged.
