Pet care experience
I love caring for dogs (cats, and other small animals). I have been pet sitting and dog walking for friends and family for 4+ years. I provide exercise and fun, even if your pup is more like the Energizer Bunny! I am in my best element jogging, walking, hiking, or even just tossing a tennis ball at the dog park with man's best friend. My doggy friends are alway excited to see me too! I have experience interpreting dogs' body language and really can tune in to your furry friend's mood and needs. No table scraps though! I am a working professional with an office job from about 8AM to 4PM weekdays. Hours are flexible and I can take a 60-90 min break mid-day if necessary. I have a hatchback car and I do not mind driving with your dog; however, please be sure to have a seat belt/hammock/etc for safety!

Not only did she send us daily pictures, but she also let us know how she was doing which truly made us feel comfortable knowing that our dog/daughter was in very good hands. I would 100% recommended Jennifer for any care you need. She was responsive, professional, and gave lots of love/attention to our dog until the moment we got back home
If you’re looking for a pet sitter, I cannot recommend Jennifer enough! Our dog is typically nervous of strangers but warmed right up to her. She was caring, attentive, and sent us plenty of updates (and GREAT photos)!

A typical day
My first and foremost priority is keeping your pet safe and protected. I'm comfortable exploring as much as you and your dog are! If your good boy is happiest going for a walk around the block or going to the dog park, we will have a blast either way. I am also very experienced hiking (climbed up 4000ft mountains and camped overnight in the woods with dogs) and I am willing to travel both to your dog and with your dog as much as my time allows, usually up to 30 minute drive one way for dog-friendly trails in the central CT area. We will have a blast reinforcing learned behaviors and playing with favorite toys, and tummy rubs on demand!
