Hi! My name is Jen and I am a huge animal lover! Animals in my care are treated like one of the family and get plenty of affection and attention and your fur baby is no exception. I have been around dogs since I was 2 years old and frequently watched pets of my friends as a teen. I have called Labradors, Pugs, Great Pyrenees, Yorkshire Terriers, Poodles and mixed breeds my four legged family members. There are so many breeds I adore but will never be able to own all of them in just one lifetime so sitting for your dog would be such a pleasure for me! I personally have taken care of many different kinds of animals since I was a young child including dogs, cats, lizards, rabbits, tortoises, gerbils, guinea pigs, birds, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, turkeys and horses. Two dogs currently call this place home. Maxwell is a lab mix and loves playing with other dogs. Many of his best friends have been found on Rover. He spends his days napping and playing fetch. Lana is our Standard Poodle. She loves barking at leaves, laying near her humans, and exploring the scents of the outdoors. I am a Certified Dog Groomer and groom dogs from my home. Many owners have loved that their pup gets to have a professional bath before returning home, for an additional fee. One thing I have plenty of is outdoor space for your fur baby to explore. We could go for walks in the woods or down the quiet country road. Our pups love the space and would love to share it with your pooch. The more the merrier! Our doggie play yard has currently been handed over to our small flock of chickens. We will add another play area for our 4 legged guests as soon as possible. My husband says he can only do one honey-do at a time and I guess he's right. Ha! We have been doing our fetch and tug-of-war adventures indoors and it seems to be going well. Max and Lana are really good at reading their Rover friends moods and will play with them in the living room when they seem to need to get a little extra energy out (they also love to nap in between playtimes). We can also go on one of those walks mentioned above as many times as your pup needs to. My downstairs floors are concrete which will help your dog cool off on hot days and I have many carpeted areas as well for added comfort. If separation of pets is needed or somepuppy just needs some quiet time, I have many bedrooms to accommodate for these needs as well. All dogs are required to be up to date on shots, currently be on flea & tick medication, get along with other dogs, children, men, and women. Meet & Greets, on neutral territory, are also required to ensure that everyone gets along.
