When reaching out, please let us know details regarding your dog's diet, health, and any special needs. We also always welcome information about favorite toys, games, and activities! We will need to know your contact information, your vet's contact information, and the information for at least one emergency contact. If you wish to add grooming or bathing services to a drop-in visit booking, let us know so that we can modify the reservation to include price adjustments for these services.

For drop-in visit clients: A drop-in visit generally lasts between 30 and 45 minutes and consists of a potty break, optional feeding, change of water, and 20 minutes of exercise or quality time. Generally, if we are doing two or more drop-ins on a given day, we will vary the activity we do with the animal(s). For example, if we go for a walk during a morning drop-in, we might play fetch during the second drop-in. We also are happy to provide grooming or bathing services (at a la carte pricing, see below) if needed. If you require 3 or more drop-ins/ day, I classify this as house-sitting, and choosing house-sitting will actually be your cheaper option (see below). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For house-sitting clients: We run our house-sitting option as an "unlimited drop-in visits" option (i.e. We will provide 3-4 drop-in visits per day unless otherwise specified, visiting your pets first thing in the morning, at noon, at dinnertime, and before bed). Some clients prefer us to spend nights, which is fine, too. Each visit is run roughly the same as a drop-in visit (described above). For house-sitting clients, visits are between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours long and include feeding/ watering, potty break(s), exercise, and quality time. Additionally, for house-sitting clients we are happy to grab mail, water plants, care for other pets (fish, reptiles, amphibians, small mammals, etc.) at no cost for the duration of the stay (excluding cats, for which there is a $10/night service fee). Finally, we provide one free grooming session/ pet/ stay (or one session/ pet/ week if the stay is longer than one week), usually given during the last day of the stay. This session can include anything or everything from our grooming menu, including: bathing, brushing, haircuts (on a case-by-case basis depending on how the dog tolerates restraint), nail trims, and teeth brushing! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For boarding/ daycare clients: We will no longer be providing boarding/ daycare in our home as of 1/29/2018. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grooming/ bathing services offered: All grooming/bathing services are priced off our a la carte menu. One grooming/ bathing session per pet per stay is FREE to every house-sitting client.
