We have our own 6lb morkie who loves to play with other dogs! My husband and I are both dog lovers. We do both work, but I have flexibility to work remotely should I need to and we don't work weekends. We are both active and able to walk or run with dogs. We enjoy going to a dog park near our house on weekends and would be happy to bring other dogs along. We are in a gated townhome community where others also have dogs. We have a crate that can be used if desired but our dog no longer uses it. Our dog sleeps with us in our bed and we do let him free throughout the house. Me and my husband will both be able to care for the pets.
