I live on 30+ acres - perfect for a dog to "dog around." There is room for off-leash play and running full speed, ponds to wade or swim in, and new smells to smell. I grew up with dogs, cats, horses, and any other animal my parents would allow. My first "child" was Mollie, my Cocker Spaniel. I dealt with every doggone thing during her 16 years with me, so I'm well-versed at giving medications and taking care of special circumstances. Since she passed, I haven't taken the plunge of getting another dog of my own, but I get plenty of frequent cuddles and visits from my boyfriend's dog. He is a lab/pitt mix - very social - who loves to visit and play with other dogs if they need a buddy. I am a teacher, so I get home early afternoons and during the summer months I am at home full-time. I can be in constant contact with updates and pictures about your dog's days or nights with me.
