Pawsitively Fantastic Dog Sitting Experience! My first time having Jennifer care for our 3 large dogs and house sit, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding care my dogs received. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jen exuded professionalism and genuine love for dogs from the moment we met. Her warm and caring demeanor immediately put all my dogs and me at ease, making it clear that they would be in good hands. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, from initial arrangements to daily updates on my dog's well-being. One aspect that truly stood out was the daily updates and photos provided by Jen. These thoughtful messages not only reassured me of my dog's happiness but also allowed me to feel connected to their experiences in my absence. Her attention to detail was impressive, she came over twice prior to our trip and took the time to learn about my dog's habits, preferences, and any special needs, taking notes about their care and routine. It was evident that they went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable and loved during my absence. It was evident that she treated my dogs as if they were part of her own family. Then our flight got delayed over 8 hours and upon advising Jennifer she immediately offered to stay longer, and come back again to check on them without any hesitation, I couldn't be more thankful and grateful for her going above and beyond my expectations. Jennifer was great with jewels. She gave me daily updates on her every morning and evening with pictures. She took her for daily walks and had a fenced in yard. Her dog brandy played well with Jewels. She left me at ease knowing she was in good hands. I would definitely recommend using her and would have her watch my dog again while I'm away.
