Pet care experience
As a dog owner for 28 years, I have come to understand dogs better than I do humans. I have grown up with dogs since the age of 6. I believe dogs are family. Dogs give love unconditionally and we are obliged to return the gift. When they come into our lives, however that story begins, we are responsible to care for them throughout their entire lives, no matter what. I have experience working with dogs of all breeds and ages. I understand dogs need boundaries and exercise, but above all they need love and companionship. I currently have 3 rescue dogs and a cat of my own. There is truly nothing in this world that makes me happier. Dogs are my passion. Your dog will be treated as my own, being loved, cared for and even a little spoiled every minute he or she is in my care. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Communications/Public Relations. For the last 6 years I have worked for top pharmaceutical companies manufacturing vaccines. A recent back injury has taken me out of work and allowed me to pursue my passion of working with dogs. I would be honored to care for your pet and look forward to working with you both!

Jennie was awesome! She watched our puppy for 2 days while me and my fiancé got married. She picked her up from my house and dropped her back off 2 days later. She sent updates multiple times a day and our puppy came home exhausted! Jennie was awesome the entire time. I can't say enough nice things about her and my first experience with rover. Jennie made us feel so comfortable from the moment we left! She was accommodating, flexible, friendly, and made us feel like our dog was in great care! Highly, highly recommend!!!
My family was in the area for my brother's wedding and my dad had brought his three small dogs. He's very anxious about leaving his pups and never has people watch them for him (which is why they came with him across the country for the wedding). I found Jennie and she watched them for my dad at his hotel. He was very comfortable with her after meeting her and loved that she sent him pictures of his pups during the evening. He's told me twice in the past day how she was "such a nice young lady" and "so wonderful with the dogs! they loved her!". This was a huge weight off while we had our family event and I'm so thankful that Jennie helped us out! Definitely recommend her to anyone!
Jennie was absolutely amazing. This was my first time leaving my girl, I was anxious, scared, nervous everything you could think of :-(. Jennie went above and beyond to help me over come that. The few weeks before Cookie's stay with her, she would always check in with me to see how Cookie was doing etc. She didn't hesitate to help me out anyway she can, we couldn't drop Cookie at her house, so she offered to meet us wherever it was easiest for us. The day we met her, all my anxiety and nervousness left. She is genuinely a wonderful person, who loved and treated my baby girl just as her own. Cookie was the happiest dog ever being there. Both Jennie and her husband made Cookie feel at home, I couldn't ask for anyone better to watch my Cookie. Even my daughters loved her. We picked Cookie up today at her house because my daughters wanted to meet her dogs, she didn't just hand Cookie over, she invited us in, we met her husband and we even stayed about 10 mins while my girls played with her dogs. I liked that it shows me how caring she is. There is no doubt in my mind that if ever I'm going that way again I'll definitely be leaving Cookie with her. One of the many things I liked with Jennie is her flexibility, she was willing to work with me with anytime it was convenient to me. Because this was our first trip we didn't have an exact drop off or pick up time - Jennie never rushed me, whatever time I could make it. She worked with me. She gave me a peace of mind knowing Cookie was with her. She kept in contact with me all through her stay, sending me pics and videos of Cookie having a blast. From the bottom of my heart Thank you Jennie for being such a wonderful person to my Cookie. My family and I thank you and your husband.

I require a meet and greet before committing to sitting. All dogs have different personalities and it is important we all feel comfortable together. While I do not have breed preferences, aggressive dogs and extremely high-energy dogs will be evaluated and a determination will be made at the time of initial visit.
A typical day
Depending on the needs and wants of your dog(s), car rides, playing with toys, hikes/walks on local dog-friendly trails , treats and of course SNUGGLES are all part of the fun with me.
