I started rescuing dogs about when I was 18 and from what I can count I personally have rescued around 28 dogs and a few cats. Animals have always been my passion. They are part of the family and just like my child, their needs come before mine. If they are antsy or bark I know they need something and it’s time to figure out what’s up. They are helpless and need some one to nurture them, tend to their needs and show them love. I am mindful to keep the dogs separate at meal time, not let them get overstimulated at play time and give them comfort as sometimes they are uneasy being in a new environment. My dog bruiser is a great host, he plays well with others, likes to snuggle and he respects the little dogs.
