Hi, I'm Jennie! I'm a huge animal lover. I grew up with cats and surrounded by both cats and dogs. I shared a dog with my sister for two years ('07-'09)before they moved back to Atlanta. I have a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and am also a trauma informed yoga instructor. I work as a child clinician at an outpatient clinic. I miss having a pet; however, long hours with work interfere with the time and commitment needed to have my own pets right now. *I've been petsitting for over 10 years for either friends or professionally. I started working with DogVacay/Rover in 2016. I typically watch only one dog to prevent either of us being overwhelmed.

I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving my keys and kitties with someone I just met. Jennie is so kind and thoughtful. She also spent so much time with the kitties—sending photos throughout—and as a result, they were so calm after the weekend—rarely the case when I’ve been gone even for a few hours! Very happy to have found a kitty sitter I can trust in my new city!

Jennie was great, she watched our toy poodle for 3 nights. She was very communicative and prompt with her responses and sent lots of great pictures. Would highly recommend.

I live in an apartment, but have access to several parks and the harborwalk. I like to go hiking around the city and happily take pups with me per owner's permission. Guarenteed to take many pics and go on nice long walks.

Please provide info regarding separation anxiety and comfort levels around other dogs/people. I only let dogs off leash when owners give the ok and I trust it'll be fine. Please provide food and walks schedule. I am up front with my workday hours in order to determine if my schedule fits your pet's needs.
A typical day
We'll go on walks on the Harbourwalk, Paul Revere Park, and/or the greenway. I'm happy to have dogs chill on the couch or on my bed with me. Please let me know if you'd prefer I don't let them. I am mindful of time spent away and try to hit that sweet spot 2-4hrs if I leave the house. It may be longer depending on work schedule/dog comfort level. I will always check before booking a stay.

My work schedule is hybrid home/remote. Weekends are best. I'm typically flexible with drop off/pick up time, but request advance notice if overall plans need to change.
