A FEW GOOD DOGS

Pet care experience

Proudly announcing installation of Artificial Turf in March, 2024! Looking for a few good dogs to come on a regular basis. If you're needing periodic boarding of your small dog then you're a perfect fit. For weekly daycare, please check back later for availability. You'll have greater Consistency & Reliability with me, you will have greater Peace of Mind. Bring me a well-groomed dog and you'll find their appearance is better maintained with me, why? Because my former profession was the beauty/spa industry. Now as a professional dog care provider, I oversee the safety and care of my dog Woody and his visiting Rover friends. My husband loves animals and has supported my passion for dog care in our home from the start. Caring for the daily pack and caring for our house is my F/T job so I am present and interactive each day your dog is in my care. I started caring for dogs on Rover in Jan 2016 and have since developed my best care and socialization methods inspired by my favorite dog trainers and behaviorists. Here are a few in no particular order: Cesar Millan, Joel Beckman, McCann Dog Training, Susan Garrett, Will Atherton, and more. Basic training commands (sit, stay, wait, okay, etc.) will be used daily to maintain a safe and happy environment. HOURS: Dropoff/Pickup period is anytime between 7AM - 6PM, 7 days a week. Early Dropoff (6AM earliest) and Late Pickup (after 6PM - 9PM latest) is available, fees apply. JENNIE'S DAYCARE POLICY: Weekdays (Mon. - Fri.): $36 per visit Weekends (Sat./Sun.) & Holidays: $41 ($36 if 6 hours or less) per visit Daycare Option: Bring your pup's meal and I will serve. BOARDING INCLUDES: 1. Special care and medication needs. 2. Light face grooming (dog permitting): Eyes are wiped/maintained during their stay. Face hair/fur is combed for a fresh face on their pickup day. If your dog is 6lbs or less, a spa bath may be substituted. 3. If crate-trained we will supply a crate so you can leave yours at home. Please indicate your preference, size small & medium available. SERVICE ADD-ONS AVAILABLE (Fees Apply): Daily Teeth Brushing and Body Brushing. Services will be quoted upon request. PUPPIES: We have Puppy Pen accommodations (included in pricing, 1 spot only) offering full supervision and spacious indoor/outdoor access. BONUS FOR 1ST TIME ROVER USERS: Ask me how to receive $20 off your 1st Rover stay, even if you choose to use another Rover sitter. 1ST ROVER STAY WITH ME? Mention my 'Easy Eater Discount' (Boarding Only) if your dog has a straight dry or soft food/treats diet (no wet food, supplements/medications, or refrigeration/freezer requirements) and eats it without hesitation (as in not a grazer).

Jennie is awesome! As soon as I met her, I new my Oreo would be in good hands. Jennie has a gentle way that gives peace of mind. She will be my go to when visiting Tucson with my dog again.

Jennie is amazing! She took great care of our dog and was always sending us pictures/videos and was very patient with him. She slowly introduced him to the other dogs and made sure he was comfortable. I haven’t felt more at ease leaving him with anyone else. She seems to know exactly what he needed and I will be bringing him back! She’s also very friendly

Jennie’s place was fantastic for my chihuahua. She gave detailed information about the stay and made sure my pup felt safe and comfortable. Jennie also provided photos and videos so I could see how they were doing over the course of the day. I will bring my pup back to Jennie for sure, and I would highly recommend her for your pup’s next day care visit.

Safety, trust & environment

Their comfort is my conscience around-the-clock. My top priorities: Their body temperature is comfortable, always having a fresh water supply, mealtime joy, potty relief, socialization and exercise. Your dog will be in an environment offering the coolest canine encounters. GOOD ADVICE: Ask your dog sitter how many years experience they've had caring for multiple dogs coming from different owners vs just their own dog(s). The skill set is totally different so choose what's best for your pup's safety and opportunity for healthy socialization. Our property is fully walled in by a 5 1/2 ft masonry wall with exception of the front courtyard with a lowest wall height of 3.65ft (precisely 43.5 inches). In summertime our air conditioning is set at a comfortable 76 F, while in wintertime the heater is set at a comfortable 70 F.
