Dogs or Cats - Flexible Scheduling!
Pet care experience
Hello! I recently completed my Bachelor’s degree at GCU, and am looking for an enjoyable job to occupy my new free time as I search for a long-term career. My family has owned both dogs and cats since I was born, so I am extremely comfortable caring for and getting to know any animal, no matter the size! In addition, I am a dog mom of a three year old Goldendoodle named Sophie. Raising Sophie all on my own has given me extra assurance that I am capable of maintaining the health and happiness of an animal. I have 2-3 years total experience as both a volunteer and as an intern at a no-kill animal shelter back in 2016. There, I gained the skills necessary to care for animals who were unfamiliar with me. I was able to form relationships and gain trust from them. In addition, I gained a ton of walking experience with all kinds of dogs and learned to administer certain medications or maintain specific diets.

Can’t say enough about Jenna! I have a 15 year old Labrador Retriever who requires a lot of special care and attention and Jenna provided that for us ! She is so caring and patience and goes above and beyond to provide great care for our Doggie. I would totally recommend Jenna, so glad we found her !
Jennastyn would be a perfect dog sitter she has a dog of her own that she cares for very well by herself. She has trained her dog to be extremely well behaved and she never fails to spend quality time with her. Jennastyn is very attentive to any dog’s needs and she loves animals. She is also experienced with taking care of healing dogs.
Jennastyn has been compassionate about animals since she was very young. She owns a labordoodle who is also her emotional support system. She considered becoming a vet but discovered it doesn’t make as much as it should so she is going good to college for pre-med. Jennastyn would do anything to protect any animal. Dogs and cats seem to be attracted to her and she is awesome at calming them down when they are nervous and barking. I would trust my animals with Jennastyn hands down. She is amazing!!!!

I am able to care for your pets in your home and am willing to follow any routine or special instructions you and your pet may have. At my own home, I have an XL dog crate that can easily be put up, and a gated patio in which your fur baby can lay in the sun if preferred. However, I have a 32 lb Goldendoodle at my home. If your pet does not get along with others well, we may not be the best fit for you.

I am currently taking one final “in-person” course at GCU, but have a lot of free time otherwise. This should allow me to be flexible with my scheduling.
