Jenna was fantastic! We booked with only a few days notice, and being a new user of Rover, I wasn't sure what to expect. But she met us beforehand so we could go over questions and made us feel much more comfortable about the whole experience. We have two cats (no dogs), and one doesn't do so well with pet kennels, so we decided to role the dice with twice-a-day drop-ins and I'm glad we did! Jenna did a great job keeping us up-to-date on how Ringo and Carrots were doing and we arrived home (exhausted) and glad to find the cats relaxed and in good spirits. I would definitely recommend Jenna, and hope to use her again!

Jenna was very responsive to messages and sent photo updates. Our dogs got along extremely well - I think my dog was sad to come home! You can tell Jenna loves dogs - she put her blanket on my dog when the temps dropped into single digits so she wouldn't be cold. So thoughtful!! Definitely recommend.
