Let me start by explaining that we have have raised 3 high maintenance fur babies and have never had anyone but family watch them whenever we’re away. We were very apprehensive about using rover because it’s something we never done before. Our 3 cats have very different personalities and needs. After taking the chance using Rover, it was the best decision we made meeting Jenna and asking her to watch our fur babies. Words can’t explain how much of a blessing she is, but I’ll try. She is kind, loving, smart, empathetic and truly connected with our fur babies. We have never came home from a trip and seen our babies soooo happy and well adjusted. This speaks volumes since we’ve always had family watch them and always had to worry. Jenna eased our mind and heart from the start. She provided daily detailed updates with pictures and went above and beyond in our home. I already told all our family and friends who may need their fur babies looked after, Jenna is the one.

Jenna is very professional and a clear animal lover. She came by to visit with our brown tabby Selina before we left to get a sense of her care needs. Our shy kitty did very well under Jenna's care- she was very affectionate with Jenna and clearly appreciated her company! Her appetite is often poor while we're away but she ate very well during our vacation. Jenna also taught her to give a paw (tbh I didn't believe this until we got back because our adorable fur baby isn't the brightest star in the sky, but it's true-you can see photographic evidence on Jenna's profile). Thanks Jenna- will be booking again the next time we're away!
