I don’t have breed preferences, but I do ask that dogs be current on vaccinations, including Bordatella, and non-aggressive. I would prefer not to have aggressive dogs in my home due to safety concerns for all dogs in my care. I would like to know about your dog’s unique personality, habits, quirks, their potty and feeding schedule...If your dog is on medication, I worked as a Pharmacy Technician for many years and have given plenty of medicine to my own pets- I have experience medicating pets with Epilepsy,Diabetes, and Congestive Heart Failure. I’d like to know anything that you feel is relevant to his or her happiness. I would ask that we have a Meet and Greet with owners and pets prior to caring for your pet so I can learn more about your pet and the expectations you have for his or her care. I have small Pomeranian dogs of my own, and they will be kept separated from visiting pets to ensure the safety of all pets. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel at home and have the very best experience with me. I can’t wait to meet you and your four legged family member(s)!

On a stay with me, your dog will enjoy being able to play on five completely fenced acres under my supervision. I am always present with the dogs even though they are inside a fence at all times. He or she can run with wild abandon, or just meander along.... A typical day for your dog in my home would involve getting up at 6:30 AM to go out and potty. Then we would go to the kitchen for breakfast, and your dog could hang out with me while I prepare for the day ahead. Then we would go out in the front yard for a walk around the property and some play time. After a walk and/or play, it’s back inside for a treat if it’s permissible. Your dog could have a snooze in a comfy pet bed while I do some computer work. We’d have potty breaks every one to two hours. In the afternoon, we’d have some more play time or a walk in the five acre fully fenced property. After that it would be treat time again, and your dog could hang out with me until supper time. After supper, it would be time for an after dinner walk and potty break. If your dog is a finicky eater, I have no problem making organic chicken, rice and vegetables for he or she to eat during their stay with me. I do this for my own dogs, and would happily do it for visiting dogs who might be off their food because they are boarding in a new place. At bedtime, your dog would have a comfy bed to sleep in, or a crate (whichever you would prefer), and will sleep in my bedroom sitting area or the den. I will be happy to try and accommodate any sleeping arrangements for your pet that you prefer. Giving love and attention to your dog will always be my top priority. Each dog staying in my home will have their own separate space, and their own separate play time. My dogs are my world, and your dog will be my world while in my care. I will be honored to care for your pet in my home or yours....I promise there will be lots of fun-filled days ahead!
