Jenna was amazing. This is only the second time we have used someone through Rover and she blew our expectations out of the water. Not only did she make an immediate connection with our most skittish pup, she was able to recognize and adapt to all three pup personalities in the short time she spent with them. She went above and beyond by not only "watching" the pups but making a connection with each one. Jenna was clean, efficient, and caring. She communicated frequently and sent pics to reassure us that our fur babies were in good hands. Our biggest disappointment is that she is moving to the Columbus area, but we are confident that she will provide great care regardless of where she lands. Jenna was truly a blessing and we are so grateful for her!

Jenna is very caring and responsible with my two cats, Zoe & Charlie. She has continuously provided them with great love & care and I would recommend her to anyone that may need animal care.
